Notes On Cryovials

Notes on cryovials:

1. After the cryovial is taken out of the liquid nitrogen, wipe the bottom with a dry towel so that the QR code can be better identified;

2. The amount of frozen samples should not exceed the maximum working volume required by the cryopreservation tube;

3. When freezing, the lid must be tightened to prevent liquid nitrogen from entering during the freezing process;

4. Before removing the cryovial from liquid nitrogen, please take protective measures to avoid laboratory safety problems.
