Deep Well Plates are ideal for sample storage, high-throughput screening (HTS) assays that require motherboards, cell and tissue culture, immunological assays, and other applications. Available in 96-well deep-well or 384-well plates in 0.5mL, 1.2mL, 2.0mL and 2.2mL capacities. Wells are marked in a standard alphanumeric pattern to simplify sample identification and are stackable for easy storage. Notched corners facilitate positioning in robotic samplers and automated liquid handling systems.
Non-sterile polypropylene (PP) sheets made from high-quality virgin propylene are autoclavable and resistant to many chemicals, including phenol, chloroform, and DMS. Additionally, PP sheets can withstand temperatures as low as -80°C/-112°F, making them ideal for cold room applications and low temperature storage. Choose polystyrene boards for clarity or surface properties.
96- and 384-well plates can be used with silicone gasket covers or adhesive sealing films to reduce sample evaporation and contamination.
