DIRECTIONS FOR USE Allow the test, specimen, extraction buffer to equilibrate to room temperature (15-30°C)prior to testing. 1.Remove the test device from the sealed foil pouch and use it as soon as possible. Place the test device on a clean and level surface. Best results will be obtained if the assay is performed immediately after opening the foil pouch. 2. Take out the Extraction Tube. 3. Take out 1 bottle of Sample Extraction Buffer, remove the bottle cap, add all the extraction buffer into the extraction tube. 4.Place the sterilized swab specimen in the sample extraction buffer. Rotate the swab for approximately 10 seconds while pressing the head against the inside of the tube to release the antigen in the swab. 5.Remove the sterilized swab while squeezing the sterilized swab head against the inside of Buffer as you remove it to expel as much liquid as possible from the swab. Discard the sterilized swab in accordance with your biohazard waste disposal protocol. 6. Screw on and tighten the Nozzle with Filter onto the specimen collection tube, then shake the specimen collection tube vigorously to mix the specimen and the sample extraction buffer 7.Add 3 drops of the solution (approx.80ul) to each sample well and then start the timer. Read the result at 10~20 minutes. Don't interpret the result after 20 minutes

【Sample requirements】

1. Collection of human fecal samples: use clean containers to collect human fecal samples.

2. Preservation of human feces samples: After collecting human feces samples, if they cannot be pretreated immediately, they should be stored in a refrigerator at 2°C to 8°C (pretreatment should be carried out within 2 days and the test should be completed); if long-term storage is required, Store it in a refrigerator at -20°C or lower. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing of samples.

3. Pretreatment requirements for human fecal samples:

Human feces samples that are refrigerated or frozen should be restored to room temperature before pretreatment. The samples should be tested immediately after pretreatment. If they cannot be tested in time, they should be stored in a refrigerator at 2°C~8°C (should be stored within 2 hours) To be tested).

(1) Pretreatment of solid human fecal samples

① Unscrew the purple cap of the sample collection tube and take out the sampling rod;

② Sampling at 6 different parts of human feces samples (approximately 5-10 mg) with sampling rods;

③ Insert the sampling rod with human stool sample into the sample collection tube;

④ Tighten the purple lid, and shake the sample collection tube 10 times repeatedly to make the treatment solution fully dilute the human fecal sample for use.

(2) Pretreatment of liquid human feces samples (please bring your own straws)

① Unscrew the purple cap of the sample collection tube and take out the sampling rod;

② Use a straw to suck a liquid human feces sample, and drop 2 drops (about 50μl) of the human fecal sample into the sample collection tube;

③ Insert the sampling rod back into the sample collection tube, tighten the purple cap, and shake the sample collection tube 10 times repeatedly, so that the treatment solution can fully dilute the human fecal sample for use.

Note: Please do not use specimens that have been stored for a long time, bacteria, mold, or repeatedly frozen and thawed to avoid non-specific reactions caused by specimen contamination, bacteria growth, and mold. When the stool sample of diarrhea patients is watery stool, it is not suitable for this reagent.
