The use of pipette burette:

　　 1. Wash the burette with detergent and water before use. If the inner wall of the tube is oily, it can be cleaned with chromic acid lotion. Note that when washing the alkaline burette, the lotion should not directly touch the hose. After cleaning is required, no water droplets hang on the inner wall of the burette.

　　 2. Before using the burette piston, apply petroleum jelly, put on a rubber band, and test for leaks.

　　 3. Before loading the standard solution, rinse with the standard solution 2-3 times, and rinse the tip part each time.

　　4. The titration speed should not be too fast. The titration speed should generally be maintained at 6m-8 mL/min, and should not flow down as a liquid column. The line of sight is required to be flush with the liquid level scale when reading.

　　 5. After the titration is completed, fill the solution with a small plastic bottle and cover the mouth of the tube.
