Application
It is suitable for the collection and isolation of nasal sampling, DNA, influenza, avian influenza, hand, foot and mouth disease, measles and other viruses. It is also suitable for the collection and transmission of viruses, such as chlamydia, mycoplasma, and ureaplasma specimens. Samples are generally collected from the mouth, throat, nasopharynx and anus.
Product operation method:
Nasal swab: gently insert the swab with polypropylene fiber head into the nasopalatine part of the nasal canal, and then slowly rotate it to exit after staying for a while. Swab the other nostril with another swab. Dip the swab head into the sampling solution and discard the tail.
Pharyngeal swab: wipe bilateral tonsils and posterior pharyngeal wall with a swab with polypropylene fiber head. Immerse the swab head in the sampling solution and discard the tail.
Note: nasal and pharyngeal swabs can also be collected in the same sampling tube, so as to improve the separation rate and reduce the workload.
