Before sampling

For the first 30 minutes, do not eat, smoke, drink, etc.

(1) Prepare a glass of clear water, drink about 50ml of clear water, fill 2113 minutes, wash and rinse the mouth for about 10 seconds, and vomit;

(2) Repeat the above steps 2-3 times.

2. Sampling

(1) Tear open the outer package of the oral swab, and take out the oral swab carefully (Note: the hand cannot touch the 5261 swab part during the whole sampling process).

(2) Hold the handle, extend the swab into the left oral cavity, make the head of the 4102 swab fully contact the mucous membrane inside the left cheek / at the upper and lower gums on the left side, wipe up and down with the force of brushing, at the same time, rotate the swab, let the head of the swab fully contact the oral mucous membrane, and repeat this action for 1 minute.

(3) In the same way, the second swab was taken from the mucosa of the right cheek / right upper and lower gums.

(4) The swab stained with oral exfoliated cells shall be placed in a clean and ventilated place 1653 for at least one hour until it is dried, and then the collection tube shall be replaced to complete the sampling.

3. After sampling

(1) Fill in your name on the label of the collection tube, put the collection tube into a special self sealing bag, and then register your relevant information in the front label of the self sealing bag: name, gender, age, collection date.

(2) Please fill in the relevant information on the inspection registration form carefully. If you choose anonymous detection, please fill in the barcode number on the inspection registration form in the name.

(3) The self sealing bag with collecting tube and inspection registration form shall be transported to the company at normal temperature.
