This kit is suitable for Kezhida automatic nucleic acid extraction instrument YC702, which is used to extract genomic DNA/RNA of pathogenic microorganisms from serum or plasma, cultured cell material, saliva, bronchoalveolar lavage fluid, nasopharyngeal aspirate, and swab samples . The kit adopts magnetic beads and buffer system with unique separation function. The surface of the magnetic beads is modified with special chemical groups, which has a strong enrichment ability for DNA/RNA under certain conditions, and can reversibly release DNA/RNA when the conditions change.
