Sterile
A reliable indicator of sterility means that the probability of living microorganisms present on the object is one percent after sterilization. It is equivalent to a 10°SAL sterile level, which means that there can be one non-sterile object in 1,000,000 objects.
No heat source
Some pyrogenic, heat-stable substances (glycoproteins) outside the cell membranes of bacteria or other microorganisms can cause fever in the human body and impair the normal physiological activities of cells.
No DNase and RNase
In the production process of the product, due to the production environment, the consumable product contains DNase and RNase, and the test sample containing DNA/RNA can be enzymatically digested into single nucleotides or oligonucleotides. Therefore, the product cannot contain DNase and RNase.
