A sharps box is a medical storage box for collecting sharps such as syringes, small glass items, blades, suture needles, etc. As required, sharps boxes must be recovered by a medical waste treatment unit within 24 hours and completely incinerated within 48 hours.
That is the small sharp tool box. What must it meet in production?
IMPORTANT: The sharps box is made of hard material and is sealed and puncture-proof to ensure that the contents of the sharps box will not leak under normal conditions, and that the sharps box once sealed cannot be opened again without damage.
Secondly, when using high-temperature heat treatment technology to treat damaged garbage, PVC materials must not be used in the container.
The third point: the overall color of the sharps box is light yellow, and the color should meet the requirements of Y06 in GB/T 3181. The warning sign shown in Figure 1 shall be printed on the conspicuous side of the sharps box, and the warning word shall be "WARNING! DAMAGE WASTE".
Fourth point: The fully loaded sharp toolbox falls freely from the height of 1.2m to the concrete floor three times in a row, without breaking or puncturing.
