Details
1、30 minutes before collecting a saliva
sample, please rinse off the debris in the oral cavity with drinking water, and press the tongue against the root of the upper or lower jaw to gather the saliva.
2、Gently spit saliva into the collection funnel until the liquid saliva (not bubbles) reaches the the 2ml fill line.
3、Hold the tube upright with one hand. Use the other hand to unscrew
the pink cap.
4、Slowly pour the saliva preservation liquid into the collection funnel, and keep it upright so that the saliva
preservation liquid completely flows into the collection tube.
5、Keep the collection tube upright, carefully unscrew the collection tube from the collection funnel, and discard it.
6、Tighten the collection tube with the small blue cap of the saliva preservation tube, and turn the collection tube upside down 5
times to make the saliva and the saliva preservation liquid mix thoroughly.
