In the laboratory, there are many instruments small but useful. For example, micropipette, as a general instrument in the laboratory, can cause common problems such as dripping, leakage and imprecise suction.
It usually occurs when some liquid with high viscosity and density is removed
Drops can have many causes, usually due to the removal of a special liquid.Liquids with high viscosity, density, and saturated vapor pressure are often the primary cause of the drop.
When removing such liquids, it is recommended to use the reverse pipette method, or use the BRAND external piston pipette.

Leakage Suck
This usually occurs when the pipette is leak-tight and the suction head does not match.
If leakage and suction are repeated in the experiment, the sealing of the pipette itself should be eliminated, and the matching of the suction head should also be considered.Usually the best system seal can be achieved by matching pipette and suction head of the same brand.

Not Absorption
It usually occurs when the pipette is not kept vertical during suction,or the liquid being absorbed is too viscous, too volatile and so on.
Your pipette may need to be calibrated if the suction is not correct during the experiment.ISO 9001 and GLP require the pipetting to be calibrated regularly (approximately every 3 to 12 months), and the pipetting product shall be calibrated using the gravimetric method in accordance with ISO 8655.
In daily use, it should also be noted that the pipette should be kept perpendicular to the pipette when the liquid is drawn, and the nozzle should be attached to the container wall at an Angle between 30 ° and 45° when the liquid is drained, so that the liquid volume displacement is the most accurate.
