1. What is a deep well plate?
It is a relatively common consumable product in life science laboratories.
Deep-well plates are based on the appearance dimensions of ordinary micro-plates (mainly 96-well plates, 384-well plates), while keeping the length and width in line with SBS international standards, while increasing the depth of the wells to increase the volume of each well the goal of. And in order to adapt to its specific range of use, on the one hand, by changing the manufacturing materials, polypropylene (PP) is now used, and polystyrene (PS) is used individually;
2. Classification of deep well plates
Our deep well plates are classified as follows:
Classification by product capacity: 0.5ml, 1.0ml, 1.2ml, 2.0ml, 2.2ml;
Classification by the number of wells: the more common ones can be divided into 96-well plates and 384-well plates.
Classification by hole type: 96-well plates can be mainly divided into round hole type and square hole type. The 384-well plates are all square wells.
According to the shape of the bottom of the hole, there are two common types: U-bottom and V-bottom (conical bottom).
3. Product features of our deep well plates
Medical grade PP raw material, in line with USP VI grade, with excellent chemical corrosion resistance;
The products are produced and packaged in the 100,000-level purification workshop;
